Who We Are
Specialists in the installation and integration of complex building services.
Stencis is a Portuguese company founded in 2017, specialising in building services installations and the maintenance of buildings and equipment. Over the years it has taken part in landmark projects in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique, in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, industry, education, offices and housing.
With its head office in Bragança, a branch office in Porto and a presence in Luanda and Maputo, it has delivered HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations — including security, automation and building management systems — and provides preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment.
We work under an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and the Environment, with the same rigour at every stage of the project.

Sizing & Planning
We select the equipment, lay out the networks and plan the site works, in coordination with the other trades.
Step 03
Installation & Assembly
Our teams carry out the installation on site, with technical supervision and the support of site management.

Testing & Commissioning
We test, adjust and commission the systems, and hand over the complete technical documentation.
Step 05
Maintenance
After handover, we provide preventive and corrective maintenance so that everything keeps running reliably and efficiently.
